This pack is made of ultralight, weather proof material, this thing is built to handle the worst of the elements, all while not compromising mobility and functionality. The roll-top design can accommodate a range of load sizes, and features 100% taped seams that increase the water resistance throughout. The Chrome Cardiel ORP also features compression straps and an internal divider sleeve for organizing cargo. So, whether you are trail hiking in the rain, peak-bagging from base camp, or just heading to class, this pack has you covered, regardless of the weather.

Features
The bag features an ergonomic shoulder strap design and sternum strap for load distribution. There is no waist strap – which would actually make it much more comfortable – but what you loose in features you gain in having a light weight pack. The bag also has industrial metal cam lock under arm compression buckles, and accommodates up to a 13″ Laptop.
Like many messenger bags, and certainly ones from Chrome, the bag is made of robust materials – 100 denier double coated ripstop nylon, but also has fully waterproof seals.
Materials
Lightweight and durable 100 denier double coated diamond ripstop nylon with waterproof taped seams. This bag is extremely waterproof. The bottom features a signature durable truck tarpaulin panel – this allows you to put your bag down in the mud and dirt without having to worry. Just wipe off the dust and dirt. The bag is sewn with Nylon 69 thread.

- Double-coated, lightweight 100-denier ripstop nylon, and taped every seam and equipped the bag with a roll-top closure in order to accommodate awkward loads while keeping everything safe from any undesirable weather
- Ideal for day trips
Things we didn’t like. A few disadvantages
- Not the most comfortable for padding in the shoulder straps, they tend to dig in
- Works more like a stuff sack for your contents – conforming to the shape of what you put in it – so pack carefully
